Testimonial
Orange County runs almost 1000 buses per day, and we have been seriously abusing around 700 Seon digital video systems (various models) for about the last eight years or so. Although there are a lot of competitive video companies out there promising “the moon with options,” in my opinion, you will not find higher quality, a greater variety of models and systems, or longer lasting digital video hardware. The best part about SEON is the service after the sale. The staff is totally dedicated to customer service and support. They really do deliver what they promise, and this key element of sales and support is a rare find in the market today.
As responsible stewards of taxpayer dollars, we are always looking for less expensive ways to provide video support for our drivers. We have piloted or seriously looked into many other digital video systems, including some of the most advertised. We always come back to Seon. Purchasers must remember that a dollar is a dollar, and the total cost of a system is not what you initially pay for it. Seon is very competitive; however, there are "cheaper" systems on the market, and I say cheap because they are ultimately not inexpensive over the years that they are required to survive.
Our eyes are not closed to the rest of the bus video products and companies out there, but I am a dedicated supporter of a company (Seon) that has consistently provided Orange County Public Schools with the utmost in high quality products, professional sales, and most importantly, the ongoing service and support after the sale.
